I've sat in your seat.

I'm Chad Gardner, a software engineer, three-time founder, and small-business owner. I didn't come to this from a consulting firm. I build and fix the systems behind small businesses because I've spent my career doing exactly that inside my own.

Operator, not a vendor

I've owned the payroll, the cash-flow crunch, the clunky software. I build for the constraints you actually work under because I work under them too.

Money, then motion

Every build is aimed at a number: more revenue in, or hours back. If it doesn't move one of those, I don't build it.

The fix, not a referral

I hand you a working system, not a slide deck pointing you to someone else to hire. And you own it when I'm done.

My Story

I didn't come to this from a consulting firm. I'm the co-founder and CTO of an education-technology company, and I've been building software and systems since I was a teenager.

I know the constraints small-business owners work under because I work under them too. Cash flow is real, most software is clunky, and your staff aren't engineers.
