ProofNumbers, not adjectives

Systems that paid for themselves.

I don't sell strategy by the hour. I build things that move a number and then I measure them. Here's what that has looked like.

One I lived, and the kind of fix I build for small businesses now.

A 26-year-old company, rebuilt into a $1.1M+ online business

In 2020 I partnered to acquire a 26-year-old education-technology company. It had a real product and real customers, but the systems underneath were aging and online revenue was under $100K a year.

I rebuilt the technical foundation, the way customers found it, bought from it, and got served, and turned the parts that were done by hand into systems that ran on their own. Within that stretch, online revenue grew past $1.1M a year.

That's the seat I've sat in. It's why I build for the constraints small businesses actually have instead of the ones a consulting deck assumes.

Missed calls turned back into booked jobs

A service business was doing everything right on marketing and still losing customers, because calls came in while the crew was on the job and nobody called back in time. The lead just called the next name on the list.

I built missed-call recovery: the second a call goes unanswered, an automatic text goes out, captures what they need, and routes the hot ones straight to the owner. The follow-up runs itself until the customer books or opts out.

The leads were already being paid for. They just had nowhere to land. Now they land.

The weekly report that runs without anyone running it

The owner wanted the numbers that actually matter, revenue, new leads, how fast the team responded, but pulling them meant an afternoon in spreadsheets nobody had, so it just didn't happen.

I wired the data sources together into one automated report that shows up every Monday morning. No dashboard to babysit, no afternoon lost. Just the picture, on time, every week.

Knowing the numbers changed the decisions. That's the whole point.

“The businesses pulling ahead aren't buying AI. They're fixing the systems underneath it, and using AI only where it actually moves money.”

Tell me what's leaking. If I can build the fix, I'll say so on the call, and what it's worth.
