Who this is forAppointment businesses

For appointment-based businesses that are leaking money.

Clinics, studios, salons, training, therapy, anything booked by the slot. Capacity is the product, and an empty slot is gone forever.

Where the money usually goes

These are the leaks I find most often in this kind of business. Not all four will apply to you. Usually two of them do, and usually nobody has measured either.

01

No-shows

An unfilled slot cannot be resold after the fact. Reminders with easy rescheduling, and a waitlist that gets messaged the moment a cancellation lands, recover most of it.

02

Booking friction

Every step between wanting an appointment and having one loses a percentage. Booking straight into a real calendar beats “we’ll call you back to arrange a time.”

03

Clients who stop rebooking

People do not cancel, they just stop. A gentle reactivation motion at the point where someone is overdue is the cheapest revenue in this kind of business.

04

Intake forms filled in at reception

Anything collected before arrival is time the appointment gets back, and it is the same form either way.

How it works

One free call. I look at how work actually moves through your business, tell you where it is leaking and roughly what that is worth, and give you an honest answer about whether it is worth fixing. If the maths does not work, I will say so on the call.

If it does, projects are scoped and priced up front — no hourly meter — and what gets built is handed over working and owned by you. Plenty of businesses do one project and are set. See what I build and what it has done.

Find your leak. Keep the money.

One free call. I'll tell you where your business is losing money or time, and whether it's worth fixing.
